This is a great museum and it should be a fun event.

Whiskey meets the Hudson Valley’s wild past this Sunday!!! I’m very excited about a reading I’ll be giving on Sunday (July 30) at Dutch’s Spirits in Pine Plains, from 3 to 4 p.m. What’s better than whiskey tastings at the site of gangster Dutch Shultz’s secret bootlegging operation? That, plus me telling you all about the gangsters and killers who roamed the region during the Prohibition era. Don’t miss it!
This Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017 I’ll be at the Millbrook Farmers’ Market from 10 a.m. to noon, signing books and chatting about the region’s underbelly. Yep, the Hudson Valley has had some unforgettable crimes over the years and I’ll gladly tell you all about them. The wonderful Merritt Bookstore & Toystore is hosting the event.
